Christmas in August? Time to begin now! Here’s how to help with Operation Christmas Child/ Operation Shoebox in addition to praying: 1. Use a standard size shoe box --wrapping is not required. 2. Choose ‘boy or girl’ and age category: 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. 3. Fill the box with a variety of gifts that will bring delight to a child. (A list of gift ideas for you to take home is in the foyer.) 4. Donations are needed to help with shipping. ($7/box needed) 5. Tape on the appropriate label (in foyer) to the top of each box & place a rubber band around each closed shoe box and drop off here at our church building by November 14. |
